Jutting into the sea at Dojangpo Village in Nambu-myeon, Geoje Island, this grassy knoll was originally named Galgot because of wild camellias before being christened Windy Hill for its refreshing sea gusts.
Traditionally a coastal lookout used by village fishermen and shipbuilders in Dojangpo harbor.
In 2009, Geoje City installed the iconic Dutch windmill, completing its fairytale seaside atmosphere.
