MyWorkFiles Terms of Use

By creating a MyWorkFiles account or accepting these Terms when prompted, you agree to these Terms of Use. Acceptance must be explicit and must not be preselected. MyWorkFiles may internally record the applicable accepted Terms state for the account. If a material update requires renewed acceptance, users may be asked to review and accept the updated Terms before continuing to use applicable account services. Acceptance of these Terms does not constitute consent to optional advertising personalization, marketing, tracking, or other processing that requires separate consent.

MyWorkFiles may provide certain functionality in Guest mode without an account. Guest information may be stored locally on the device. When a new account is created for the first time on that device, eligible Guest data may be transferred to that newly created account. Signing in to an account that already existed does not automatically merge unrelated Guest data into that account.

Users are responsible for maintaining reasonable security over their device, account, Google account, email account, and authentication credentials. Users must not access another person's account or protected Workspace resources without authorization.

Prices shown to users are inclusive of applicable VAT or similar taxes where required. The final localized Google Play price applies to the transaction.

Free provides supported core functionality. Free users may voluntarily watch Rewarded Video ads for clearly identified additional uses or benefits. Rewarded ads are not required merely to access existing core records or App Lock. Paid plans are intended to be ad-free.

Pro provides eligible advanced functionality. Pro does not automatically include Cloud storage.

Cloud provides eligible Cloud sync, backup, multi-device and collaboration functionality. It includes 5 GB Cloud storage and 2 Full Seats total including Owner. It is not unlimited.

Complete combines eligible Pro, Cloud and Team functionality. It includes 20 GB Cloud storage and 5 Full Seats total including Owner. It is not unlimited.

When storage is full, new uploads or capacity-increasing operations may be restricted until storage is freed or expanded. Existing content is not automatically deleted merely because quota is full. The current intended maximum individual file size is 100 MB, subject to feature-specific requirements.

Cloud does not mean every local record, cache, index, temporary file or feature is synchronized. Some information remains local by design. At the current release, Personal Shift, Salary, Payslip and related Personal Analytics information may remain local-only unless the app expressly indicates Cloud sync is available.

Google Play processes subscriptions. Eligible upgrades may activate immediately after Google Play confirms the change, with Google Play handling applicable proration and billing adjustment. Eligible downgrades are intended for the next renewal. Cancelling auto-renewal ordinarily leaves paid entitlement available through the paid period. Plan changes do not by themselves delete MyWorkFiles records.

Paid functionality may depend on successful purchase verification. Refunds and billing disputes processed through Google Play are subject to Google Play procedures and mandatory consumer rights.

A Full Seat permits eligible Workspace use according to role and resource permissions. Extra Full Seat: $1.99/month. Reviewer Seat: $0.99/month. Reviewer access does not automatically provide general editing, Workspace administration, billing administration, seat management, unrestricted financial access, or Personal-data access.

Workspace access depends on membership, role and resource permissions. Membership does not provide unrestricted access to another user's resources. Review actions are not automatically legally binding approvals, certifications, signatures or professional authorizations.

Personal Life records, private documents, Personal Shifts, Salary Profiles, Payslips, salary comparisons and Personal Salary Analytics remain separate from Workspace data. Workspace membership does not automatically grant access.

Users retain rights in their content. When Cloud or Team functionality is used, users grant Alisoplay the limited technical permission needed to provide the requested service. This does not transfer ownership to Alisoplay.

Some records may reference files stored elsewhere on the device. If an external file is moved, renamed, deleted or inaccessible, MyWorkFiles may no longer open it. Where supported, users may relink it.

MyWorkFiles may use on-device OCR and local processing. Automated extraction can be inaccurate. Users should verify important amounts, dates, deadlines, names, reference numbers, contractual information, Salary information and Payslip information. Supported verified user corrections take precedence over automated extraction.

MyWorkFiles may provide on-device machine translation. It may contain errors or ambiguity and is not a certified translation. The original content remains the primary source.

Ask Me helps users work with permitted MyWorkFiles information using local application knowledge, Search, structured queries, calculations and user-scoped derived information. Ask Me does not override access permissions.

Derived information, aliases, indexes and caches remain appropriately scoped. Authoritative source records take precedence over stale derived information.

Automations may depend on device availability, operating-system scheduling, permissions, connectivity, Cloud services, subscription capabilities and underlying resources. Current permissions remain authoritative.

MyWorkFiles may require confirmation before consequential actions. Inferred information is not independent proof that a financial event occurred.

Personal Shift Tracking records work periods, start/end times and breaks. It is not intended as employee surveillance. Personal Shifts do not automatically become visible to Workspace Owners or members.

Salary calculations are estimates based on recorded Shifts and user-configured rules. They are not a universal legal payroll, tax or employment-law determination.

A detected Payslip difference means compared values differ according to available information. It does not establish employer wrongdoing or that either party owes a particular amount.

Analytics are derived from recorded information and do not replace source records. Team Analytics do not grant access to Personal Salary, Payslip, Shift or Life information otherwise unavailable.

Users are responsible for reviewing content before relying on it. Templates and automated assistance are not professional legal, tax, accounting, employment or other professional advice. Contracts are not guaranteed legally valid or suitable for a particular jurisdiction.

Trash, Archive, auto-save, Version History, recovery and Permanent Delete are separate concepts. Permanent Delete may be irreversible through ordinary MyWorkFiles recovery tools.

Supported PIN/passcode and biometric/device App Lock is intended to be free. Alisoplay does not receive or store raw biometric templates merely because App Lock is enabled. App Lock does not by itself mean every local database file is separately encrypted.

Alisoplay may use reasonable authentication, access-control, rate-limit and security safeguards. No electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Exported, downloaded, printed or shared copies may leave the MyWorkFiles environment. Users are responsible for where they store and share them.

Users must not violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, access protected accounts/resources without authorization, bypass controls, disrupt the service, abuse Cloud storage as unrelated mass hosting, abuse Automations, or engage in fraud.

MyWorkFiles, Alisoplay branding, software, original product content, design and documentation are owned by or licensed to Alisoplay except where otherwise stated. Users retain rights in their own content.

MyWorkFiles may rely on actually implemented services such as Google Play, Firebase, Android system services, Google ML Kit and open-source software. Their own terms and policies may also apply.

Alisoplay aims to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Features may evolve for security, compatibility, platform compliance, sustainability or product improvement. Product changes do not by themselves authorize silent deletion of user data.

Alisoplay may reasonably restrict or suspend access for serious/repeated Terms violations, fraud, abuse, security threats, legal requirements or attempts to compromise the service.

Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate. Account deletion may require Workspace ownership resolution. Limited information may be retained where required or permitted for legal, security, fraud-prevention, transaction or dispute purposes.

Cancelling, downgrading or expiry does not by itself authorize deletion of ordinary user records. If Cloud usage exceeds a lower quota, new uploads may be restricted until usage is reduced or expanded.

Users should maintain independent copies of irreplaceable or particularly important records.

MyWorkFiles is a productivity and record-management product, not professional legal, tax, accounting, medical, investment or employment-law advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alisoplay is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or purely economic loss where such limitation is legally permitted. Mandatory rights and liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

These Terms do not remove mandatory consumer-protection rights.

Features and services may vary by country, platform, device, account, law or technical availability. Availability does not mean every feature satisfies every jurisdiction's legal, tax, payroll, employment, accounting or regulatory requirements.

These Terms are subject to applicable law. Nothing requires a consumer to waive mandatory rights available under applicable law.

Alisoplay may provide service-related communications electronically where permitted. Marketing communications, if used, remain separate and subject to applicable consent/opt-out requirements.

Alisoplay may update these Terms where reasonably necessary. Minor corrections may not require renewed acceptance. Material changes may require renewed explicit acceptance. Refusal does not by itself authorize deletion of user data.

For registered accounts, MyWorkFiles may internally maintain the applicable Terms acceptance state, acceptance timestamp, Privacy acknowledgement state where used, acknowledgement timestamp, interface language and limited consent history. Internal technical metadata need not be displayed to ordinary users. No user, Workspace Owner, Editor, Reviewer or ordinary Support access can accept Terms on behalf of another account holder.

Use of MyWorkFiles is also subject to the Privacy Policy. Acceptance of Terms does not replace separate consent required for optional processing such as personalized advertising, optional tracking or marketing.

Terms may be provided in multiple languages. Alisoplay intends translated versions to communicate substantially equivalent terms, subject to applicable mandatory law.

If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

Failure to immediately enforce a provision does not necessarily waive the right to enforce it later.

These Terms, the applicable Privacy Policy, transaction-specific purchase information and additional expressly presented feature terms form the applicable agreement governing use of MyWorkFiles.

Plan changes do not by themselves delete ordinary user records. Full Cloud quota may restrict new uploads; existing content is not automatically deleted merely because quota is full.

Ask Me does not override permissions. OCR may make mistakes. Machine translation is not certified. Salary calculations are estimates. Payslip differences do not establish employer wrongdoing. Contracts/templates are not legal advice. Analytics are derived. Automations depend on technical conditions and permissions. App Lock is not a claim of full database encryption. Personal Life, Shift, Salary and Payslip data do not become Workspace-visible merely because a user belongs to a Team.
