Account & Application Data Deletion
How to delete your unified ALISOPLAY account or request deletion of data associated with individual applications, including KIIP 0 TO 5 (com.alisoplay.kiip_aliso) and MyWorkFiles (com.alisoplay.myworkfiles).
You do not need to sign in to use this page.
Option 1: Delete directly inside supported mobile apps
If you can still sign in to your app on an Android device, in-app deletion is the most direct and immediate method, with built-in credential verification.
KIIP 0 TO 5 (Android: com.alisoplay.kiip_aliso)
- Open KIIP 0 TO 5 on your Android device and navigate to the More tab.
- Tap Alisoplay Unified Account.
- Tap Delete Account (Delete Permanently).
- Enter your account password to confirm ownership and finalize deletion.
If you are using Guest Mode (offline storage only), educational progress is kept only on your device and can be reset at any time in Settings without submitting an account deletion request.
MyWorkFiles (Android: com.alisoplay.myworkfiles)
- Open MyWorkFiles and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open Settings (or Account) and tap Security & Privacy.
- Tap Delete account.
- Read the notice, tick the confirmation box and tap Delete account. You may be asked to verify your identity again.
If your account owns a Workspace that still has other active members, the app will ask you to remove those members first. If you do not see Delete account in your version of the app, use the web request below.
Adhan & Sudoku Mini (On-Device Storage)
Adhan (com.alisoplay.adhan) and Sudoku Mini (com.alisoplay.sudokumini) operate with 100% on-device local storage. They do not maintain remote user accounts or personal server databases.
To remove all data for these applications, simply clear app storage in your Android device settings or uninstall the application. If you previously submitted support correspondence, you can request support record deletion via the web form below.
Option 2: Request deletion on the web
Use this form if you cannot access the app, have uninstalled it, or prefer to submit a request online. You can request deletion of your unified ALISOPLAY account or data for a specific application only. Never enter your password, verification codes or payment card details into this public form.
Account or data deletion request
To protect your account, we verify ownership before deleting records. Public web requests cannot remove copies stored on your personal devices — see “Data stored on your device” below.
Unified account deletion vs. application data deletion
ALISOPLAY provides a unified account infrastructure that connects multiple applications and services under one profile. You have two options when requesting deletion:
- Unified ALISOPLAY Account Deletion: Closes your member account completely. This permanently removes your sign-in credentials, mobile sessions, cloud progress sync for KIIP 0 TO 5, MyWorkFiles cloud data, and community access across all Alisoplay services.
- Application Data Deletion Only: Removes server-stored progress and records associated with one specific application (for example, KIIP 0 TO 5 cloud sync progress), while leaving your unified ALISOPLAY account active for other applications and website features.
What is deleted
When an account or application data deletion is completed, Alisoplay deletes the corresponding server-side records, including where applicable:
- Unified account profile, email identity, and authentication records (for unified account deletion).
- Mobile authentication sessions and active refresh tokens on connected devices.
- KIIP 0 TO 5 synchronized educational progress, quiz histories, and assessment unlock statuses on our servers.
- MyWorkFiles cloud sync records, cloud storage files, and owned workspaces.
- Associated support and contact records, once open matters are resolved.
When you delete your account inside an app, the app also removes that account’s locally cached files on that specific device. Guest-mode data and other accounts on the device are not erased.
How ownership is verified
Account security is paramount. To prevent malicious or accidental deletion of another person’s account, Alisoplay never deletes accounts based solely on an unauthenticated email address submitted in a public form.
When you submit a web request, our team verifies account ownership through email confirmation, matching security records, or administrative review before executing any irreversible deletion.
What may be kept
Limited information may be retained where required or permitted by applicable law (such as tax, accounting, or consumer protection statutes), fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or security auditing. For example:
- Accounting records needed to document paid transactions or official tax compliance.
- A record of your deletion request reference number and audit log entry to document that the request was processed lawfully.
- Purchase and payment records held directly by Google Play. These are controlled by Google under its own policies, and Alisoplay cannot delete them from Google’s servers.
Alisoplay does not apply arbitrary retention timelines; retention is strictly determined by legal requirements and the criteria stated in our published Privacy Policy.
Data stored on your device
Alisoplay apps follow a local-first architecture: core educational progress and documents reside locally on your phone or tablet.
Deleting your account or submitting a web deletion request does not automatically erase offline copies stored outside Alisoplay servers, including:
- Progress records, documents, and cached audio stored locally on your device storage;
- Local device backups and exported files (such as PDF or CSV exports);
- Copies stored in Google Drive or external storage destinations you configured.
You control on-device data. To remove it completely, clear app data in your Android device settings or uninstall the application, and delete any exported files from where you saved them.
Google Play subscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel active Google Play subscriptions, and web servers cannot cancel Google Play billing on your behalf. If you have an active recurring subscription, cancel it in Google Play to avoid future charges:
- Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.
- Tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Select the relevant app (for example MyWorkFiles) and tap Cancel subscription.
Cancelling a subscription does not delete your account or progress data.
