Terms of Service — KOREA DRIVING MASTER (한국 운전면허 마스터)

1. Educational Purpose & Non-Affiliation Disclaimer

KOREA DRIVING MASTER (Package: com.alisoplay.korea_driving_master) is an independent educational study application published by ALISOPLAY. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Korea Road Traffic Authority (KoROAD), the Korea Transportation Safety Authority (TS), or any Korean government agency.

Practice questions, simulations, and lessons are provided for educational preparation only and do not constitute official government examination papers or legal advice.

2. Free Tier & Premium Subscription Access Rules

Free Tier (FREE): Users without a subscription may access 10 designated practice questions per question bank (110 free questions total across 11 banks) with stable question IDs, 1 introductory lesson per learning track, and public reference guides, supported by Google AdMob advertisements.

Premium Pass (PREMIUM_ACTIVE): Users with an active, server-verified Google Play subscription unlock all 1,260 questions across all 11 banks, all 20 Smart Driving Academy lessons, unlimited full CBT mock exams, and immediate removal of all Banner, Interstitial, and Native advertisements.

3. Auto-Renewing Subscriptions, Pricing & Billing

KOREA DRIVING MASTER offers two auto-renewing subscription plans through Google Play Billing: Weekly Premium Pass (kdm_premium_weekly, base plan weekly-auto, standard South Korea price KRW 6,500/week) and Monthly Master Pass (kdm_premium_monthly, base plan monthly-auto, standard South Korea price KRW 12,000/month). Actual localized prices and applicable taxes are displayed by Google Play prior to purchase confirmation.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Subscription entitlements are verified server-side against the Google Play Developer API.

4. Optional ALISOPLAY ID Accounts, Cancellation, Expiration & Deletion Policy

KOREA DRIVING MASTER works in Guest Mode without mandatory sign-in. You may optionally sign in to a unified ALISOPLAY ID account (via Email & Password or Google Sign-In) to synchronize study progress across devices and bind active Google Play subscriptions to your account.

You may delete your synchronized KOREA DRIVING MASTER application data or delete your entire unified ALISOPLAY ID account at any time inside the app (Settings > ALISOPLAY ID Account > Delete Account / Data) or at https://alisoplay.com/en/account-deletion.

You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time via Google Play Store > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions (https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions?package=com.alisoplay.korea_driving_master). Uninstalling the application or deleting your ALISOPLAY ID account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription.

When a subscription expires or is canceled after the current billing period, the app returns to the Free tier (FREE / PREMIUM_EXPIRED), while preserving your previously earned study progress, bookmarks, and exam history on your device. Refund requests are governed by Google Play’s official refund policies.
