사업 운영기간 3년 이상 등 업력과 매출 기준을 심사한다. 안내된 절차는 고용계약, 지방자치단체 추천, 출입국 관서 허가를 거쳐 고용을 시작하는 순서다.
사업주와 신청자는 관할 지자체와 출입국 관서에 세부 요건을 확인해야 한다. 이 특례가 비자나 영주자격의 자동 승인을 뜻하지는 않는다.
